We have the communication skills that enable us to create an accurate and comprehensive profile on any candidate under consideration for hire. Our approach helps to ensure that each client's critical job and regulatory requirements, policies and performance expectations are met. Unlike other reference checking companies that use call center employees with little to no experience or professionalism for this type of screening, Britton Management Profiles uses the same member of our team from start to finish, to complete a particular client's account to ensure we provide the highest quality reference check possible. This continuity is reflected in the thoroughness of our reports.

We reassure contacted references that the only type of information collected concerns the candidate’s skills, knowledge, and performance related to bona fide job requirements for the position to which they are applying. We further inform references that the candidate has provided us with a signed consent form authorizing the release of their information; and that they should not be concerned with providing information as long as it is:
- Open and honest
- Accurate, based on fact, and not hearsay or rumour
- Given in good faith and without malice
Statistics reveal that 25% of candidates exaggerate information on their resumes and up to 25% of candidates receive negative references.
